Erman Özgür — Biography
Erman Özgür (born 13 April 1977 in Kartal, Istanbul) is a Turkish former footballer who played as an attacking midfielder and left winger.
Over the course of his career he appeared for clubs such as Kartalspor, Adana Demirspor, Trabzonspor, Gaziantepspor, Konyaspor, Mersin İdmanyurdu and Ankaraspor. After spending several seasons with Trabzonspor he continued his career at various Anatolian clubs, earning a reputation as a technical yet combative player. He also represented Turkey at under-21 level.
Following his retirement from playing, Özgür moved into football punditry and today appears regularly in the Turkish sports media with his commentary on Süper Lig matches.
