Ergin Keleş — Biography
Ergin Keleş (born 1 January 1987 in Arsin, Trabzon) is a retired Turkish professional footballer who played as a forward. He stands 1.84 m tall.
Over the course of his career he played for clubs including Trabzonspor, Adanaspor, Ankaragücü, Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor, Manisaspor, Mersin İdmanyurdu, Göztepe, Kardemir Karabükspor and Afjet Afyonspor, and represented Turkey at under-17, under-19, under-20 and under-21 level.
Known for his intellectual interests off the pitch, Keleş published the book "Nasıl Yıldız Olunmaz?" in 2022. After retiring from playing he moved into coaching and has also appeared as a pundit in Turkish sports media.
