Erdem Can — Biography
Erdem Can is a Turkish basketball coach and former player, born on 3 November 1980 in Ankara. After his playing career he moved into coaching, gaining experience with clubs competing in the Turkish Basketbol Süper Ligi and various European competitions.
He has served as head coach of Türk Telekom, guiding the club through Basketbol Süper Ligi and BKT Europe Cup campaigns, and in May 2026 he signed a two-year contract extension with the team. Can has spoken about representing Turkey with pride as his greatest motivation, and in assessing the 2025-26 season said the team had performed well but could still have done even better.
