Engin Can Aksoy was born on 14 November 2003 in the Bakırköy district of Istanbul. A left-back, he began his professional career in 2022 at Hatayspor, the club where he came through the youth system.
He was loaned to Eyüpspor for half a season without gaining regular playing time, then spent a full season on loan at Sakaryaspor, making 13 appearances. After returning from loan, he rejoined the Hatayspor squad and continued playing for the club in the 2025-26 Trendyol 1. Lig season, including matches against sides such as Adana Demirspor and Boluspor.
