Emircan Koşut — Biography
Emircan Koşut was born on 3 July 1995 in the Gaziosmanpaşa district of Istanbul. Standing 2.16 meters tall, he began his professional basketball career in 2011, playing at the center and power forward positions.
Over the course of his career he played for Anadolu Efes and Darüşşafaka Tekfen, and in 2020 he underwent hand surgery that kept him sidelined for an extended period. Earlier in his career he was noted as one of the promising young big men of his generation.
In the summer of 2025 Koşut moved to Türk Telekom, where he has since competed in the Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL) and EuroCup.
