Emir Ortakaya is a Turkish professional footballer, born on June 22, 2004 in the Çankaya district of Ankara, who plays as a center back. He came through the youth ranks at Fenerbahçe and, after a loan spell at Eyüpspor, was transferred outright to Çaykur Rizespor in January 2026.

Following a brief stint at Rizespor, Ortakaya parted ways with the club in the summer of 2026 and signed a two-year contract to return to Kocaelispor, a club he had represented earlier in his career. Announced officially in July 2026, the move was described by the player as a comfortable return to a familiar environment.
