Ekin Türkmen — Biography
Ekin Türkmen (born 22 August 1984, İzmir) is a Turkish theatre, film and television actress.
A graduate of the theatre department of the Haliç University Conservatory, she took part in the Best Model of Turkey contest and then met director Osman Sınav, beginning her acting career in 2002 with the series Ekmek Teknesi, in which she played Songül for 106 episodes. She went on to appear in series such as Nefes Nefese (2005), Acı Hayat (2005–2007), Menekşe ile Halil (2007–2008) and Küçük Kadınlar (2008–2009).
On the big screen she appeared in Keloğlan Kara Prens'e Karşı (2006), Anadolu Kartalları (2011), New York Masalı (2017), Benzersiz (2017) and Organize İşler Sazan Sarmalı (2019). She later played in the series Ramo (2020) and, in 2023, portrayed Melike Hatun in Kudüs Fatihi Selahaddin Eyyubi.
