Born on 1 April 2007 in Üsküdar, Devrim Şahin is a Turkish professional footballer who plays as a winger for Süper Lig club Beşiktaş.
He began playing football at the Beşiktaş Football Academy in 2017 and was later promoted to the first team after catching the eye of head coach Sergen Yalçın. He signed his first professional contract in 2025 and made his senior debut for the club the same year.
