Deniz Ayçiçek — Biography
Deniz Ayçiçek is a German-born footballer of Turkish descent who plays as a midfielder. He holds both German and Turkish citizenship. He was part of the Hannover 96 youth setup and played for MSV Duisburg II in Duisburg. From 2015 he played for 1. FC Wunstorf, who compete in the Oberliga Niedersachsen, and he later moved to TSV Kolenfeld.
His name is also known in gaming for an odd episode: in the career mode of FIFA 13, players who picked him saw a programming glitch lift his overall rating from 58 to over 90 within a few seasons, described as the fastest rise ever seen in that mode. Ayçiçek is the brother of footballer Levent Ayçiçek.
