Born Neslihan Damla Aktepe, Danla Biliç was born on 5 October 1994 in Kütahya and studied in the Psychology Department at Beykent University. She first drew attention through her posts on Twitter, quickly becoming one of the more recognizable names on Turkish social media.

After launching a YouTube channel focused on makeup content, she expanded into vlogs and joint broadcasts with other social media personalities, amassing millions of followers and appearing as a guest on various television programs. Some of her posts and behavior have also drawn criticism and legal disputes over the years.

In the summer of 2026 she underwent multiple surgeries related to complications from a hip filler procedure, and was rushed to hospital in July 2026, keeping followers informed about her treatment and recovery.
