Çetin Güner — Biography

Çetin Güner was born on 28 December 1977 in Bielefeld, Germany, where he also began his football career. A forward of Turkish descent, he is best remembered in Turkey for his spell with Süper Lig side Trabzonspor in the late 1990s and early 2000s, splitting his playing days between the two countries.

After hanging up his boots, Güner returned to the German club where he started out, DSC Arminia Bielefeld, and has worked in its youth setup as a coach since the 2010-11 season, helping develop the next generation of players.
