Candan Tarhan — Biography

Candan Tarhan (26 June 1942 – 18 April 1989) was a Turkish footballer and football manager born in Gaziantep. He spent much of his playing career at MKE Ankaragücü, becoming one of the club's notable figures over many years.

After his playing days, Tarhan moved into coaching and went on to manage the Turkish national football team. He died in Kuşadası, where a boulevard was later named in his memory.
