Can Parlayan (born 19 January 1986 in Trabzon) is a Turkish former footballer. Turkish sources also give his birthplace as Akçaabat, a district of Trabzon.

He spent most of his professional career in the Turkish lower divisions. He joined Konyaspor in June 2007, moved to Şekerspor in February 2008 and returned to that club in July of the same year. In January 2009 his exclusion from his club's squad was reported in the regional press.

Now retired from playing, he is listed among the professional footballers born in Trabzon. Detailed statistics on his career survive mainly in transfer databases rather than in published biographies.
