Can Keleş — Biography

Born in Vienna on 2 September 2001, Can Keleş grew up to become a right-winger holding both Austrian and Turkish nationality. He began in the youth ranks of Haidbrunn-Wacker, Wiener Neustädter and Rapid Wien before joining the Austria Wien academy in 2013; he signed his first professional contract there in the summer of 2020, made his competitive debut in an ÖFB-Cup tie in 2021, and extended his deal through 2026 the following spring. In 2023 he was loaned to Süper Lig side Fatih Karagümrük, then signed for the club outright a year later — only to move on to Beşiktaş that same summer, where he lifted a Turkish Super Cup title. During his time at Beşiktaş he was loaned out first to Kasımpaşa and then to Kocaelispor, before parting ways with the latter in 2026. On the international stage he represented Austria at youth level from under-16 through under-18 before being called up to the under-21 squad in 2022.
