Can Akın — Biography
Fikret Can Akın is a Turkish basketball figure born on 30 January 1983 in Istanbul. Standing 1.90 m tall, he spent his playing career at the point guard position.
Akın turned professional in 2002 and went on to play for Basketbol Süper Ligi clubs including Galatasaray, Efes Pilsen, Olin Edirne, İstanbul BŞB and Türk Telekom. His form during the 2010-2011 season earned him a place on the Beko All-Star roster. After his playing career, he moved into coaching and has served as an assistant coach for Türk Telekom.
