Caglar Soyuncu (born 23 May 1996 in Izmir) is a Turkish international footballer who plays as a centre-back, currently with Super Lig side Fenerbahce.
Soyuncu began his career in his hometown of Izmir and turned professional with second-division side Altinordu in 2014. After two seasons there he moved to Germany's Bundesliga in 2016, joining SC Freiburg and becoming the first Turkish player to move directly from the Turkish second division to the Bundesliga. His performances in Germany led to a transfer to Premier League club Leicester City in August 2018, where he spent five seasons and won the FA Cup in 2021 and the Community Shield in 2022. He signed for La Liga side Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2023 before subsequently moving on to Fenerbahce.
