Büşra Barut is a Danish-born footballer of Turkish descent, born on 20 May 1997 in Ganløse, part of Egedal Municipality in Denmark. Although she grew up in the country of her birth, she chose to represent Turkey internationally, honoring her family's Turkish roots.

Playing as a forward, Barut began her football career within the Danish youth system and was capped for Denmark's women's under-19 national team. She later committed her international future to the Turkey women's national team, where she has featured in the attacking line. Born under the sign of Taurus, she stands as one of the athletes embodying the football ties between the two countries.
