Brilliant Dadaşova — Biography
Brilliant Dadashova (born 15 September 1965, or 1959 according to some sources, in Baku) is an Azerbaijani pop singer, pianist and television presenter. A graduate of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, she has been performing since 1985.
One of the leading figures of Azerbaijani pop music, she was named Honored Artist of Azerbaijan in 1998 and People's Artist of Azerbaijan in 2008. Songs such as "Bayatılar" also reached wide audiences in Turkey, and she appeared in the 1988 film Yaramaz.
