Birol Parlak — Biography

Birol Parlak was born on March 1, 1990, in Rize. He began his professional career in the youth ranks of Eskişehirspor, and in an interview described his move to the center-back position as a turning point in his football journey.

Playing primarily as a central defender, Parlak went on to represent clubs such as Mersin İdmanyurdu, Büyükçekmece Tepecikspor, and Tarsus İdmanyurdu. In early 2016 he signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with Kayserispor, where he continued his career in the following seasons.

After many years playing across different tiers of Turkish football, Parlak has since ended his active playing career.
