Bilgehan Demir — Biography
Born on June 18, 1976, in Bayburt, Bilgehan Demir is a sports commentator and journalist who graduated from the Physical Education Department of the Faculty of Education at Uludağ University.
Over the course of his career he has worked at various television channels; he is a member of the World Sportswriters Association and a natural member of TSYD, and has become especially known as a commentator for boxing and combat sports.
Demir delivered live coverage of Mike Tyson's bout in November 2024 and drew attention for his remarks on boxing history, and as of 2026 he continues to provide live commentary for major events such as the Oleksandr Usyk–Rico Verhoeven WBC heavyweight title fight.
