Besim Durmuş — Biography
Born on 1 September 1965 in Samsun, Besim Durmuş moved from a playing career into football management, building years of coaching experience in Turkey's lower divisions. In early 2026 he led Muğlaspor to a league title, then announced his resignation from the club in an emotional farewell at the end of March.
After a short break, Durmuş signed a one-year deal with Gebzespor in June 2026, and as of July 2026 he continues to serve as the Kocaeli club's head coach.
