Bertuğ Kocabaş — Biography

Bertuğ Kocabaş, known internationally as Bertul Kocabaş, was born on February 15, 1992, in Hamm, Germany, to a German-Turkish family. Playing as a forward, he began his career in Hamburg's youth system before transferring to Turkey's Kardemir Karabükspor in 2012.

Wearing the Karabükspor jersey, he faced clubs such as Galatasaray in the Süper Lig and made his Süper Lig debut against Antalyaspor on September 21, 2012. Around the same period he also represented Turkey's under-21 national team, featuring in a 5-3 win over Macedonia in 2013.

Later in his career he played in the TFF 2nd League for Sarıyer, appearing with the club in play-off matches as well.
