Berksan Özer, better known by his stage name Berksan (born 30 May 1979 in Ankara), is a Turkish pop singer and songwriter. Performing under his mononym, he has worked as a singer and composer in the field of pop music.

He reached a wide audience in Turkish pop music, especially with his song "Unutamam". In September 2025 he returned to the spotlight by releasing a new interpretation of this signature song.

In early 2026 he also made headlines when he and his brother were targeted by phone scammers, an experience he later shared publicly with the press.
