Berkant Göktan — Biography
Berkant Göktan (born 12 December 1980 in Munich) is a Turkish-German former footballer. In the late 1990s he was regarded as one of the most promising talents in German football.
He played in the Bundesliga for four clubs — Bayern Munich, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Kaiserslautern and Arminia Bielefeld — and also appeared for 1860 Munich. In Turkey he wore the shirts of Beşiktaş and Galatasaray, and later joined Thai side Muangthong United. He was capped by Turkey at under-21 level.
