Bekir Yarangüme — Biography
Bekir Yarangüme (born 28 January 1977 in Aydın) is a Turkish former professional basketball player who played as a small forward. Standing 2.00 m tall, he began his professional career in 1998.
Yarangüme spent many years in the Turkish Basketball Super League, where he was counted among the top-scoring Turkish players of his era. He joined Türk Telekom twice, in 2011 and again in 2017, and last played for Darüşşafaka Doğuş.
Wearing the number 9 jersey during his career, Yarangüme also features in the Super League's season-by-season lists of top-scoring Turkish players and scoring champions.
