Ayşegül Günay — Biography
Ayşegül Günay Aladağ was born on October 26, 1992, in İzmit. Standing 1.72 m tall, she is a Turkish professional basketball player who plays as a point guard. Over her career she has played for clubs including Fenerbahçe and Bellona Kayseri (Kayseri Basketbol), renewing her contract with the Kayseri club in 2020.
She later joined Galatasaray Çağdaş Faktoring, returning to the club again in July 2024. In April 2026 she signed with Beşiktaş BOA, taking up a place in the club's Women's Basketball Super League roster.
Günay Aladağ has also represented Turkey at international level, having been called up to the Turkish women's national basketball team.
