Ayberk Olmaz is a Turkish basketball player born on 8 June 1996 in Istanbul. Standing 2.10 meters tall, he plays as a power forward and center, and over the course of his career he has represented clubs including Galatasaray, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Frutti Extra Bursaspor, Manisa Büyükşehir Belediyespor and Merkezefendi Belediyesi.
