Atila Turan — Biography
Atila Turan (born 10 April 1992 in Migennes, France) is a Turkish former professional footballer who played mainly as a left-back but was also capable of operating as a left midfielder. Born in France, he holds both French and Turkish citizenship.
His club career took him to Grenoble, Sporting CP, Stade de Reims and Beira-Mar, as well as Orduspor and Kasımpaşa in Turkey. He left Kayserispor in December 2019 and signed for TFF First League club Çorum FK in August 2024. In January 2026 he announced his retirement from professional football.
At international level Turan represented France from under-16 through under-19 before switching allegiance to Turkey, for whom he played at under-21 level and with the senior national team.
