Atakan Yarımdünya — Biography

Atakan Yarımdünya was born on 26 June 1989 in Istanbul. He trained as an actor at the Theatre Department of Istanbul University State Conservatory and began his career on the stage.

He made his screen debut in 2015 with the series Analar ve Anneler, and went on to appear in productions such as Yok Artık, Kırlangıç Fırtınası, Mehmetçik Kut'ül Amare, Ramo, Aşkın Yolculuğu: Hacı Bayram Veli and Kopuk. Counted among the younger generation of theatre-trained actors, Yarımdünya broadened his experience by taking on roles across different genres and formats.

Carrying the grounding gained from his stage training into his screen work, he continues his career between television and film, and keeps considering new project offers.
