Atakan Akkaynak is a German-Turkish footballer born on 5 January 1999 in Troisdorf, Germany. Standing 1.80 m tall, he plays in midfield and began his career in the youth ranks of Bayer 04 Leverkusen before moving on to Willem II and Çaykur Rizespor, also representing Germany at various youth international levels.
