Artun Akçakın — Biography
Artun Akçakın (born 6 May 1993 in Ankara) is a Turkish footballer who plays as a forward. Wikidata narrows his birthplace to the Çankaya district of Ankara; he is 1.83 m tall.
His career has been spent in the Turkish lower divisions. The English Wikipedia entry lists him with the TFF Second League club İskenderunspor, and in July 2024 he transferred to Balıkesirspor. In more recent seasons he has played for the third-tier side Erciyes 38 FK, where he wears the captain's armband and became one of the team's main scorers in 2025-26, netting his seventh goal of the campaign in April 2026. His contract expired in June 2026 but he stayed with the club.
In July 2026 local newspapers in Kayseri and Yozgat reported the birth of his son, Aren.
