Arda Ünyay — Biography
Arda Ünyay was born on 18 January 2007 in Ankara and developed into a young Turkish footballer playing as a centre-back. He came up through Galatasaray's youth ranks and was promoted to the club's first-team squad in February 2025.
During the 2025-2026 season the young defender saw playing time for Galatasaray in both league and cup fixtures, and spoke ahead of an April 2026 Turkish Cup match about the significance of the game for the team. Although his form drew transfer interest from several clubs during the summer of 2026, he remained part of Galatasaray's squad into July.
