Amine Gülşe — Biography

Amine Gülşe was born on 30 April 1993 in Gothenburg, Sweden. Raised in Sweden and fluent in Turkish, English and Swedish, with a good command of Spanish, Gülşe won the Miss Turkey 2014 pageant and represented Turkey at Miss World the same year.

Turning to acting after the pageant, Gülşe had her first acting experience and first leading role in 2015 as the character Nur in the series Asla Vazgeçmem, in which she starred alongside Tolgahan Sayışman. In 2017 she portrayed the character Suna in the series İkisini de Sevdim, broadcast on ATV.

Amine Gülşe married German footballer Mesut Özil in Istanbul in June 2019, and in April 2026 the couple welcomed their third child, a daughter named Elisa.
