Alper Akçam — Biography
Alper Akçam (born 1 September 1987 in Bad Kreuznach, Germany) is a Turkish footballer who plays as a forward.
He joined 1. FC Kaiserslautern in 2001 and from 2006 played for the club's amateur side, recording 73 appearances and 19 goals. On 4 April 2008 he made his 2. Bundesliga debut, coming on as a substitute against Hoffenheim, and added two more second-tier appearances in the 2008/09 season against Augsburg and Freiburg. He was given a professional contract with Kaiserslautern for the 2009/10 season.
He later continued his career with clubs in Turkey and Germany, including Gaziantepspor and Manisa BB.
