Ali Turan (born 6 September 1983 in Kayseri) is a Turkish former footballer who played as a defender. Standing 1.86 m tall, he spent his career at centre-back.
At club level he played for Kayseri Erciyesspor, Kayserispor, Galatasaray, Antalyaspor and Konyaspor, most recently turning out for Konyaspor. He also gained international experience with the Turkey under-21 national team and the Turkey B team.
