Ali Rıza Soydan — Biography
Ali Rıza Soydan was a Turkish actor and director born on February 9, 1956, in Niğde. Over the course of his film career he became known for character and supporting roles, most notably as part of the cast of Faruk Aksoy's 2012 film "Conquest 1453," and he also played a gendarmerie pasha in the 2009 film "Valley of the Wolves: Gladio."
In addition to acting, he also worked as a director. Turkish media reported in 2018 that he had fallen victim to medical malpractice in Belgium, which reportedly took a toll on his health. Ali Rıza Soydan died on October 24, 2019.
