Ali Kemal Denizci — Biography

Ali Kemal Denizci, born on 1 March 1950 in Trabzon, is a former Turkish national footballer and manager who played as a winger. He turned out for Trabzonspor, Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş, and his fast, unpredictable style of play earned him the nickname 'Fırtına Kemal' (Storm Kemal). He is especially associated with Trabzonspor, where his achievements made him one of the most significant figures in the club's history, and he is the older brother of former footballer Osman Denizci.

After retiring as a player he also worked as a football manager, and in 2018 he was appointed as a management advisor at Trabzonspor. He has remained closely tied to the club over the years, frequently appearing in the press with his views on Trabzonspor and Turkish football, and made headlines again in 2022 after being involved in a traffic accident in Trabzon.
