Ali Gökdemir — Biography
Ali Gökdemir (born 17 September 1991 in Schwäbisch Hall, Germany) is a former professional footballer of Turkish descent who played as a defender and represented Azerbaijan internationally. His club career included spells at Hannover 96, Elazığspor and Simurq.
Between 2012 and 2013 he earned ten caps for the Azerbaijan national team, having previously played for its under-21 side. From 2015 he played for Sportfreunde Schwäbisch Hall, and in 2016, aged 24, he ended his professional career for family reasons.
