Akın Açık — Biography
Akın Açık (born 4 July 1993 in Konak, İzmir) is a Turkish footballer. He spent the early years of his career in his home city of İzmir, parting ways with Bucaspor in 2013 before moving to Şekerspor.
He went on to play in the lower divisions of Turkish football, joining Kozan in January 2016 and signing a two-year contract with Manisaspor in July 2017; he announced his departure from that club with a farewell message in December 2018. In June 2025 he was reported to have signed for the İzmir-area side Gold Performans.
Records disagree on his current club: the Turkish Wikipedia lists him at TFF First League side Kahramanmaraşspor, while the German Wikipedia has him at Çiğli Belediyespor, entries that appear to reflect different periods.
