Ahmed Yıldız was born on 29 November 1996 in Vienna, Austria, to a family of Turkish descent. A central midfielder, he began his career in 2013 with the youth setup of Rapid Wien.
Over the course of his professional career he has played for Kasımpaşa, Yeni Malatyaspor and Çorum F.K. Standing 1.81 m tall, he has also represented Turkey at under-21 international level despite being born in Austria.
