Ahmed Yasin — Biography

Known simply as Ahmed Yasin, Ahmed Yasin Ghani Mousa is an Iraqi footballer born in Baghdad on April 22, 1991. Standing 1.83 meters tall and operating as a midfielder or winger, he holds Iraqi citizenship alongside Swedish and Turkish nationality.

He launched his professional career with Örebro SK in Sweden in 2011, before moving on to Al-Khor and Muaither in Qatar and later Al-Kholood in Saudi Arabia. Called up from Iraq's U23 squad to the senior national team in 2012, he is remembered for netting Iraq's equalizer against Iran at the 2015 AFC Asian Cup.
