Abdülkerim Durmaz — Biography
Abdülkerim Durmaz (born 13 September 1960) is a Turkish former international footballer, coach and television pundit who played as a libero. He was born in the Karagümrük district of Istanbul.
At club level he played for Fatih Karagümrük, Fenerbahçe and Ankaragücü, and Karagümrük supporters and club sources rate him among the most important players in their history. He is remembered in connection with Fenerbahçe's European Cup result against the French champions Girondins Bordeaux and with Turkey's 5-0 defeat by England. After appearing for the under-21 side he won eleven caps for the senior national team.
During his playing days his lively night life made him a favourite subject of the Turkish tabloid press. He worked as a coach after retiring, and is now widely known for his match analysis and score predictions on television.
